Call for an ambulance. GATHER THE FACTS Oklahoma law requires you to exchange information with the other parties. Check to see if there were any witnesses. CALL THE POLICE Due to the confusion of an accident you may mistakenly think you are at fault. NEVER acknowledge that. "FAULT" is a legal question to be determined at a later date.
